Unless otherwise stated, each property requires a tenant Application and a deposit equal to one month's rent.
After your application is accepted, a property can be reserved by securing a binder to hold the property. To secure a binder requires the payment of the first month's rent in full and a commitment to sign the lease in 10 days.

For available properties listed in the tables above, all pricing shown is for a single occupant. The cost for additional occupants varies by subdivision from $19 to $29 and depends on the costs we pay to the HOA or city of Raleigh.
