We (Becton Properties, LLC) treat all personal information you (as an applicant) provide to us confidentially. We access the data you provide on online rental applications only via a secure server using industry standard SSL encryption software protocols. We use your personal information solely for processing rental agreements, processing applications, and assisting applicants in securing housing. We are in the real estate rental business. We do not and will not sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit approval.
What personal information we collect
We collect personal information on our online form or forms. These forms contain Housing Information that includes, but is not limited to, Waiting List Information, Property Request Information, Personal Application Information (including physical and Email addresses, contact numbers, and desired housing) and online Rental Applications and agreements. We and our designees will use the Housing Information exclusively for managing occupancy for Becton Properties, LLC properties.
Why we need personal information
We need personal information from you to make an informed "yes" or "no" decision concerning your request to lease property. We use property management partner(s) and other professional service providers to assist us in processing your application. Our management and professional service provider partners will review your application, including but not limited to tenancy background, criminal history, employment history, current employment, personal credit, and personal references.

We use property management partner(s) and other professional service providers that assist us in processing your application. Some or all of the personal information you supply may be used when processing your application. We do and will use all means available to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. We provide a policy version and effective dates as part of all of our written policies. Material policy changes are communicated via our website. Version and date information are identified at the bottom of policy statements.
