O n behalf of the Pullen Park Home Owners Association, we can offer inexpensive pay-by-the-month reserved parking close to NCSU with no long term commitment required. Our lot is located on Ashe Avenue close to Pullen Park. You get a non-dedicated parking spot (meaning it is a first come, first served parking area) that ensures a ticket-free, tow-free parking solution to NCSU parking problems. All reservations are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event our offered spaces become full, we will service parking requests in the order they are received. We have a limited number of spaces available. Note that once you have a parking spot, you have the first right to renew for subsequent months.You can pay for monthly parking for $25 per month or get substantial discounts by paying ahead. We accept payment via paypal that provides almost instant access to secure your parking spot. You can also pay through our on-site property management office. How to obtain parking, our policies, your obligations |
To rent a parking space, you will need to provide general information about yourself and you vehicle.
You will also need to acknowledge the rules and regulations that govern both your vehicle and your behavior, and acknowledge our vehicle damage waiver.
| Unauthorized and unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Although we can't take responsibility for anything that happens to your vehicle, our property is monitored 24/7 with a state-of-the-art surveillance system. To help keep your parking costs low and minimize our management and personel costs, we are now using an online form to provide you with an available parking space. Use the online parking application to secure your space. With our online application, we can now easily process out-of-town requests. We can take applications in person by appointment only.
